However, we do have some clients that choose to have Constructive Risk remain wholly independent in the bid management process, will pay our service fee directly, and we will not receive any commission from the agent, whatsoever.

How much money (insurance premium) you should expect to save by hiring me to help you?
The answer is up to 55% per year.
Every project and every organization is unique. However, when hired to manage a contractor’s insurance policy renewal process (bid management), my clients typically average total annual insurance premium savings of anywhere between 5% – 55% (to date, the most I’ve managed to save one of my clients is 55%). Thus, my typical client pays $1,000 for my consulting services and tends to save anywhere between 5% – 55% of their total annual insurance premiums.

Moreover, my clients have averaged savings from “sunk” and/or “hidden” insurance costs (i.e. retail & wholesale broker fees, state taxes and fees, final audits, deductibles on claims, etc.) of anywhere between 0$ – $60,000. PRO OUTSOURCE

This option is designed for those General Contractors, Subcontractors, and other Business Owners who want to outsource the entire renewal process to Constructive Risk and only get involved at the very end to make the final decision on which quote to bind coverage with.
Constructive Risk will be retained annually as your “Off-Site Risk Manager” under this package option.
Constructive Risk will select only qualified “Construction Brokers” to work with and will assign markets to each agent based upon experience, volume of premium, etc.
Constructive Risk will negotiate directly with any and all brokers, underwriters, etc., so that you don’t have to.
Constructive Risk will gather all the quotes/proposals from the agents (typically NO LESS THAN 2 weeks before your renewal date) and put them in our proprietary Side-by-Side Quote Comparison Spreadsheet. Charles Specht will then consult wth you on on the quotes, which agent and carrier to bind coverage with, and will begin final negotiations with the agents on pricing, rates, terms & conditions, etc.
Constructive Risk will establish a “12-month Service Expectation” from your agent and will be tracking the agent’s progress quarterly to ensure service expectations, etc.
Constructive Risk will be paid and/or compensated by the agent(s) directly via the policy(s) bound on your behalf.

Retain Charles Specht as your independent consultant to personally guide you through the entire renewal process, from cradle-to-grave.
I will personally be available to you 24/7 by email, text, and telephone to answer any questions you have and to provide guidance on how to manage the agent(s).
I will teach and show you how to create legitimate competition in the renewal process to ensure a better outcome from the agents and carriers.
I will help you choose and select which agents to work with, how to assign markets, how to dictate timeframes on when quotes are to be received by, and I’ll be there to help you negotiate with the agents on how to get your quotes lowered (by up to 55%), even after the agents have presented them to you.
I’ll give you access to my proprietary “Side-by-Side Quote Comparison Spreadsheet” so that you can determine which quote is best.
I’ll help you establish a “12-month Service Expectation” from your agent once you bind coverage.
